Action on the RALLYE SUNSEEKER kicks off at midday on Friday 26th February with the Rally Show at the Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre in Bournemouth (Ordnance Survey Map Ref: 195/163 9275). Between then and 6:30pm all the competing cars will be presented for Scrutineering when they are checked on all matters pertaining to safety and to the stringent regulations that govern motorsport at this level.

Rally FM, broadcasting on 107.7FM, will be hosting a live show from the Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre with driver interviews and competitions one particular driver they will want to talk to is BOYZONE star SHANE LYNCH who is driving a Ford Ka on the Rallye Sunseeker. Finding time in his hectic schedule to contest the event, he is due at Scrutineering at 5:30pm. Shane has already contested several rallies this year as he has been obtaining the necessary signatures on his competition licence in order to qualify to enter a rally of the status of the Sunseeker.

Proceeds from car parking and the sale of programmes at the Rally Show will be donated to the chosen charity of the Rallye Sunseeker which is LEUKAEMIA RESEARCH.
