The seven round ANCRO National Rally Series, which gets under way at the end of February with Rallye Sunseeker, today announced yet another industry financial supporter.

The Mintex National Production Cup, for Group N specification vehicles, will now offer prize money of £500 to the overall winning driver, with £250 to the co-driver.

Questmead, the Mintex motorsport agency, will also attend rounds of the Series to offer an on-event technical service to all competitors.

Commenting on the Mintex decision, ANCRO Chairman John Trevethick said, "given the long association this championship has with Mintex we are obviously pleased that they continue to recognise the value of the countries most senior national series".
