A New Home for the New Year

Those of you who were at the AGM will remember that there was discussion about our meeting place, well the committee was listening to you.

As of January 11th 2001 Southern Car Club will be meeting at a different venue and on a different night of the week.

Our club house is to be SOUTH HATCH on Epsom Downs (more detail and a map in the December Windscreen); this is a private members club, racing museum (horses) and serves good ale and food at very reasonable prices.

Not only will we have a new home, but our meetings will now be on a THURSDAY NIGHT, to satisfy the requests of you, the members.

Rallye Sunseeker 2001

Just so you don't forget, the first round of the National Rally Championship is on Saturday 24th February 2001.

For next year, the rally is a round of 3 regional association championships ACSMC/ASEMC/ASWMC/LCAMC plus, of course, the ANCRO National Championship.

Southern to host BRTDCA/MSA PCT Championship Round in 2001

Plans are afoot for Southern to host, after a break of a couple of years, a round of the prestigious BTRDA/MSA Production Car Trial Championships.
