Another Successful Year Draws To A Close

1999 can be looked at as a very successful year for Southern Car Club, not only did we run Rallye Sunseeker, recently voted the best round of the ANCRO National Rally Series, but we succesfully moved our single venue tarmac rally to Avon Park, under the direction of Colin Early.

Numerous new members joined us and either marshalled or started their competition careers.

2000 promises to be an active year for Southern. Rallye Sunseeker will be with us in February, (visit the web site at www.rallyesunseeker.co.uk) and plans are under way, with volunteer organisers, for other events such as grass autotests and a value for money weekend trip to France.
