BOLLOCKS!!!!!

That was my exact words when the car snatched to the left 350m from the start of Stage 1. I didn't even make it as far as the bridge.

The resultant damage was pride and the complete departure of the strut, wheel, wishbone etc from the car. Plus blocking the stage for a couple of minutes. Fame factor - Free advertising from now to eternity on every Rallye Sunseeker.

At least I am in the 350m club now which has such names as Brian Bell on the list of members. To join you must complete no more than 350m of Stage 1 on any rally. Points will be awarded for the best accident or departure from a rally. Dumping of engine Oil on start ramp is worth 10 points.

Tearing a wheel off 20 points. Hitting a concrete flower pot 100 points.

Knocking a marshal down - exclusion from the club for life. You need to wear glasses and to be shot if you do that as they give up their weekends for you to have pleasure.
